Super Scrummy Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 1/2 cups dry powdered milk
3/4 cup boiling water
1 cup sugar
4 1/2 TBSP butter or margarine
Combine milk powder, sugar and butter in a blender. Gradually add the boiling water. The butter melts when the boiling water is added so there’s no need to premelt it. Blend until dissolved. Cool and keep in the refrigerator. Mixture thickens as it cools. Makes about 2 cups.
